For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a Quant Developer
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months initial contract
Location: Zurich
In this project you will help to understand complex business requirements for different stakeholders, eg their impact on quantitative models and performance of IT systems.
Skills and experience needed:
- Scientific or technical education from good university
- Problem solving
- Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
- Experience in analysing financial instrument data across asset classes
- Lead requirements elicitation workshops.
- Experience in gathering requirements and being able to propose requirements and validate them with stakeholders
- Hands-on quant and development previous experience
- Python knowledge is a plus
- Machine learning knowledge is a plus
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry, especially in Banking
- Data Quality & Backtesting knowledge is a plus
- Risk Management & Portfolio Optimization knowledge is a plus
