Beschreibung

Job Purpose

Work independently in selected Methodology and Quality Assurance (M&QA) areas associated with reporting and quality assurance; thereby contribute to providing a QA function for Internal Audit (IA) that ensures compliance with international standards and internal requirements and enables IA to conduct its work in an efficient and effective way.

IA's role is to assist the Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC), Board and senior management by: a) evaluating the effectiveness of the group's systems of internal control and its key processes; and b) identifying control improvements in these processes.

Major Accountabilities

Quality Assurance

* Under guidance from Head MQA and MQA Manager lead the establishment and oversight over quality assurance processes and maintenance of a QA framework, covering all aspects of IA activity

* Manage preparation and communication of IA Quality Assurance reports independently

* Manage and monitor the generic IA Mailbox

* Send out and collect back post audit surveys

Reporting

* Manage the reporting requirements to other assurance providers and open Issue Reviewers

* Manage the audit report distribution process, including quality control tasks and statistics

* Maintain key statistics about IA activities for the Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC) and other stakeholders

* Advise on revision of IAs KPIs

* Manage, develop and implement IA surveys (internal and external)

Training

* Coordinate overall the on-boarding process for new joiners and prepare documents needed to ensure a smooth on-boarding including regular update of linkages to related documents

Education:

- university degree in business administration or related area

- further education in relation to Audit Management a plus

- fluent in English: oral & writing

- German: spoken desirable

- other languages a plus

Experience:

- 4-5 years' experience in an support role in the area of auditing/finance, BPC or other related function

- good project management skills
