A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Professional Data Analyst / Business Analyst to support the Data Benchmarking within a multi-year Credit Risk Transformation Programme. In the first few months, your main focus will be on data extraction and data benchmarking. In a later phase you will take over more Business Analysis activities such as requirements-gathering and specification.Workload: 100%

Tasks
• Data extraction from SQL databases and data benchmarking / analysis.
• Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews.
• Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved.
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist in quality control and project management.
Requirements
• Strong SQL and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio) skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• First experience in specifying requirements using Use Cases and UML (or other modelling technique).
• Knowledge and experience in Credit Risk is a plus.
Soft Skills
• Excellent documentation and written communication skills. Organized and able to work independently.
• Fast learner with the ability to get up to speed quickly with new processes and IT applications/ infrastructure.
• Fluent in English (German is desired).
