For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedPortfolio Manager / Senior PMO - Change Management (4346)
In this role you will be required to work closely with Senior Managers within IT, Divisional Governance committees, Finance, Group Strategic Change Management, other work streams within IT and the Program and Portfolio Management communities.
Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a PMO within financial environment
- Proven strong Client Management skills, particularly at a Senior Level
- Able to convert “data” to actionable management information
- Comfort level with technical skills and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A wide vantage point, you can see how Finance, Change Management and IT work together
- Familiar with PMO reporting and tools - Able to effectively manage multiple, complex initiatives and conflicting priorities
- Created, standard, repeatable reporting models that accurately reflect the status of the Change Portfolio
- Led teams, direct reports or matrixed teams, to develop a strategy and deliver it
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills - Attention to detail and data quality
Your Responsibilities:
- Understand the business side of technology investments, able to understand the connections between program plans, program status and deliverables
- Provide oversight, support and control of the Change Portfolio and highlight quality assessment and issues
- Supply high quality reporting and analysis of program status and financial data to meet planned requirements
- Work across various work streams and other key, Business Stakeholders to ensure the proper internal controls are in place
