Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is looking for a Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP HCM Archiving, Master Data and Documents (ideally IXOS).
This is a contracting role planned to start in May until the end of the year with extension opportunities.

Project Background:
The project is to automate the removal of data along the European data privacy laws in our current SAP R/3 HCM systems. The actual project has not been started, but the project charter has been set up. You would lead this project. In addition, the client would add additional resources to the project where required, for both internal knowledge as well as programming/system integration.
Tasks:
- Needs to be able to organize a full project to set up the processes according to different legal regulations in different countries
- Can manage internal and external service providers
- Leads the project according to the project management methodology
- Organizes workshops with the business to gather requirements as far as legal regulations are concerned
Ideal Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM Archiving & ILM
- 7+ years of experience in master data, cluster data and documents (ideally IXOS)
- At least one successful project implementation in this area before (ideally two or three projects in a multinational company)
- Sound SAP system knowledge
- Exposure to legal regulations in the area of data retention, in particular in Germany and Switzerland
- Understanding clustering of data in archiving solutions
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Fluent level in German will be a strong advantage
