Project Manager/Expert Knowledge Management - Basel - 40-50%
If you are a Project Manager with Knowledge Management background in the pharma industry, then you are THE person we looking for!
This very exciting opportunity is a contracting position planned to start ASAP until the 30th of September for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Basel.
Background:
Exciting change management projects in Production with a strong IT component.
Establishing centralized document management processes and tools for an organization of 2.500 employees.
Relevant topics: communication/collaboration, information flow optimization, business excellence, information landscape, application rationalization, etc.
The project in question has been going for several month, the migration has already started. The overall project PM will delegate workstreams to the candidate that s/he will address, scope, plan and execute in alignment with the team (total of 12 substreams).
General information:
- Start date: ASAP (latest start: 01.05.2017)
- End date: expected 30.09.2017
- Extension: might be possible until end of the year
- Work location: Basel
- Workload: 40-50%
- Preferred working hours: approx. 3 working days onsite (but no preferred working days - can be handled flexible)
Tasks:
Support and drive knowledge management (KM) activities inside Pharma Technical Development with a focus on IT processes and tools Qualification
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of work experience with processes and information flow in pharmaceutical development
- Minimum of 5 years in management and/or development of document management systems (GxP)
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience with mid-size projects (10-50 team members)
- Native/fluent in either German or English with a strong professional proficiency for the other language
- Self-motivated and being able to identify issues and work independently
- Willing to work within a global organization and late in the evening
- Proven ability to steer lateral teams in a complex and dynamic environment
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science
Nice to Have:
- PM certification
- Experience in Knowledge Management
- Technical understanding of trends and principles of information management with a focus on document management (Documentum, Sharepoint, online services)
- German and English
