Program Director wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of working experience in analysing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large Matrix organization
- Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
- High integrity and responsibility as well as ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other HR technologies
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a plus
Your tasks:
- Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule along with developing and executing user training and stakeholder communications
- Managing interfaces to the various stakeholders like Credit Officer, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other with exposure to Senior Management
- Supervising the IMM Phase 2 project throughout all impacted areas along with leading the strategic IT discussion
- Supporting and collaborating with the whole team of HRBP within the Group IT to deliver thought-through core HR processes
- Managing the planning and communication of Core HR Processes for the Group IT HRBP team and taking responsibility for special HR projects
