- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills to prioritize and balance complex work
Your Tasks
- Requests (Project and Training) guidance
- User adoption (Road-Shows, On Site Sessions)
- New site owner coaching
- Power user training, mentoring and coaching (for example Tips & Trick sessions)
- Local business consulting
- Adoption of solution to the business requirements
- Contribution of topics to the CH Collaboration Reference Team
- Startup package, support new site owners to setup their site according to their need
- Quality assurance in projects
