For a project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedHR Project Lead - IT Human Capital Projects (4299)
The successful candidate will support the design, delivery and implementation of the strategic Human Capital agenda as well as projects/initiatives across Group IT with a number of large change processes.
Your Qualifications:
• Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
• Experience in analyzing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large matrix organization
• Good knowledge of HR processes
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
• Sound problem solving and communication skills
• High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
• Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other HR technologies
• Fluency in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT
• Leading project, stakeholder management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
• Manage interfaces to the various stakeholders with exposure to Senior Management
• Lead the strategic IT discussion
• Responsibility for special HR projects as part of global Group IT Human Capital work streams, i.e. strategic workforce planning
• Be sparring partner for the Head of Group IT on delivering the overall Human Capital Agenda for the division
• Support and closely collaborate with the whole team to deliver thought-through core HR processes, such as Talent Review, Performance Management, Promotions as well as Compensation and Employee Surveys
• Accountability for analytics, reporting and deep dive
• Manage the planning and communication of Core HR Processes for the Group IT team
• Coordinate various initiatives/reports
