NextLink is having an excellent opportunity as Project Coordinator.
The aim of the project is to support newly implemented Support Office for infrastructure projects. You will work with different stakeholders and projects managers.
Must Haves:
- University Degree or equivalent education
- Experience in providing administrative support with similar tasks for global project (+2 years)
- Experience working with Global Virtual teams (+2 years)
- Experience using MS Office products and tools (+2 years)
- Very good grasp of Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
- Experience working in a shared service environment would be an added advantage
- Structured approach and task management (ability to handle multiple incoming requests without dropping anything)
- Flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
General information:
- Start date: until December 2017.
- Workload: 100% availability (40hours/week) desired but will consider part time assignments as well.
- Working language: English (high proficiency in working virtually is a must)
- Home Office/Remote: Remote work (20%) may be an option, prior approval required.
