For a project at our client's site, an Insurance Company based in Brussels (Belgium), we are looking for an experienced

Lead Business Analyst/Solution Architect - Programm level (4288)

This is an exciting hybrid role with 70% elements of a Senior Business Analyst and 30% elements of a Solution Architect.

Your Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology and 10 or more years of experience in financial area
- 5+ years working on high risk projects or programs, with a proven track record of delivery
- Worked on projects for various business communities / areas within the insurance sector
- Background in Financial Services as well as good knowledge of Business Process Modeling
- Expert know how of Requirements Analysis, analytical thinking and strong communication skills
- SCRUM Master certificate or equivalent
- ITIL service management - for IT projects and programmes
- Experience in IT Architecture
- Familiar with Application Testing is a big plus

Your Responsibilities

- Lead the Business Analysis content and activities for program / strategic projects
- Verifie content for large / high risk projects / programs in line with strategy
- Conducting feasibility studies to identify best solution
- Support program manager in building Business Case, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope and development of a high level plan
- Produce requirement specification and outline solution design documents throughout the project lifecylce, incorporating change requests and finalization of requirements documentation
- Facilitation of strategy sessions to ensure successful outcome in addition to ensuring outcomes are in line with overall group strategy
- Drafting and maintaining Business Analysis vision, mission, strategic plans, goals and measures in relation to project / business unit
- Manage the KPI measurement of implemented solution and conducts route cause analysis if benefits not achieved
- Manage the analysis of requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritizes requirements
- Contribute to the delivery of assigned IT implementation of strategic programs for specific vertical lines of business by collaborating with BC&IT contacts on approach for project involvement
- Maintain understanding of the functionality and use of the IT application portfolio for most vertical lines of business involved in the programs
- Utilize the group operations and technology governance process, to ensure architectural design approval and that the IT architectural standards and practices are followed through project involvement
