For a project at our client's site, an Insurance Company based in Brussels (Belgium), we are looking for an experiencedSenior Project/Program Manager - Policy & Claims / Scrum (4287)
In this challenging role, you will define a new vision for the Business Intelligence Platform. This would be a position in an entrepreneurship setup.
Your Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in large projects in global companies, within Financial Services
- Able to adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies including SCRUM, Waterfall
- Certification in PMP and/or Scrum Master
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Complying with requirements to meet Stakeholder needs and expectations
- Training and mentoring next generation of Project Managers
- Promoting Project Management Profession
- Ability for regular travels to the Head Office in Zurich
- Fluent in English (oral/written)
About the role:
- Organizes, manages, and leads the team that is responsible for achieving the project objectives
- Selecting appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives
- Responsible for Business / Operational Readiness Assessment and Business Approval to implement projects safely
- Initiates and leads the change of the project outcome in a complex environment by acting as a Change Agent and managing Stakeholders at Business Unit level
- Coaches and develops lower-level Project Managers
- Contributes actively to the development of the Project Management Profession
- Acts with integrity, confidence & accountability, demonstrate sound business ethics and consistently adheres to and promotes these throughout the Project Life Cycle
