Senior Application Support Analyst Level 3 - Zuchwil - 100%
If you are a Senior Application Support Analyst, then you are THE person we looking for!
This very exciting opportunity is a contracting position planned to start the 1st of June until the 29th of December for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in Zuchwil.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Daily 3rd line application incident and troubleshooting
- Supporting the operating system MDS (FileMaker based solution)
- Issuing Scripting guidelines
- Coordinating the follow-up of compliance and security of the applications
- Work independently and lead assignments/projects of moderate to high complexity
- Maintaining and improving the customer service and availability
- Partner with business community/Vendors to solve complex problems and/or improve existing processes
- Develop and maintain the support documentation for all related subjects
- Perform basic analysis, design, implementation & maintenance activities under minimal direction
Some flexibility in working hours is required (occasional over-time or weekend/holiday work).
You bring for this role the following qualifications:
- Strong tracking, coordination and project planning skills
- Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
- Able to follow change management procedures and internal guideline
- Bachelor Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science OR equivalent through experience. Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines is preferred
- English spoken and written
