Background:The Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager, under minimal supervision, will be supported by the existing Digital teams in the Switzerland provide oversight and guidance to project teams on medium to large projects while working closely with project stakeholders. The Project Manager is responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives, building the release plan, managing scope, financials and timelines.

Job Requirements
-Proven Project/Program Manager with rock-solid, proven project management leadership track record of multi million euro project/program management experience in both agile and waterfall environments. The individual is a recognized thought leader who easily becomes the trusted advisor to our clients and facilitates the implementation of the project in line with agreed success criteria
-The role requires in general mastery of program and project management (PMI / Prince 2) in an application development environment, polished communication / stakeholders management skills and strong, proven experience in an onsite/offshore model.
-On the day-to-day job the Project Manager will work closely with the onsite teams across Europe and offshore project managers who are responsible for the offshore delivery teams. He/she will have to ensure effective communication between the onsite and offshore teams and the client stakeholders.
-Drives retrospectives and all action items from retrospectives to completion.
-Large enterprise deployment experience in complex heterogeneous environments.
-Excellent influencing and facilitation skills, in particular problem solving/troubleshooting activities.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure in a resilient and flexible manner
-Is capable of becoming recognized as an expert within Client and can develop this profile within the client organization

Must Haves:
-Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience mandatory.
-Minimum of 5 years of project/program management; agile/scrum management experience mandatory.
-Coming from Technical background in full software development lifecycle experience
-Experience with managing global / cross-divisional projects / on-site / off-shore delivery model
-Document Management Systems knowledge is a plus
-Documentum Knowledge an added advantage
-Regulatory Affairs / Submission Management business knowledge is a plus
-Will require working with multiple project teams (due to project dependencies) and Vendor resources
-GxP, Life science/Pharma experience is a plus
-Strong experience with MS Tools: MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
-Other European language skills an advantage.

Nice to Haves:
-Nice to have consulting experience in complex multi-national organization
-Nice to have proven Business and IT experience ideally supported with relevant professional qualifications.

Education:
-BSc or higher degree

Languages: Excellent spoken and written skills in English and German and French is nice to have.
