Beschreibung

Communications Manager Social Media with profound knowledge of digital marketing wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • University degree in a Communications, Marketing and/or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in customer service social community management, external-facing public relations or online marketing events
  • Proven track record of using digital social media building, managing brand/corporate reputation and engaging customers/patients
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to troubleshoot and know where to pass a complex question as well as high customer-orientation
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a big plus

Your tasks:

  • Maintaining an enterprise rapid response system for group social media channels including monitoring, tracking, internal triaging and approval processes
  • Broadcasting processes for social engagement on corporate social media channels as well as serving as front-facing point of contact for external customers
  • Cooperating with an internal network of social media specialists and subject matter contacts on a daily basis to draft, approve and publish timely social replies
  • Providing live social media event support in partnership to help support social channels and content along with tracking the success of al response activities
  • Complying with governance requirements for web and relevant policies and procedures
