For a 6 month project at our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German speaking Senior PMO - Finance Sector Background (4250)

Your Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as PMO with excellent understanding of Project Management tasks
- Excellent understanding of project management and process management
- Experience in working in legal environment within Financial Services
- 5+ years of experience in communication with stakeholders on different levels
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge and experience of working with SharePoint (managing access, creating groups, forms etc.)
- Fluent in English and German

Your Responsibilities:
- Be a sparring partner to the legal lead in determining approach and way forward to reach milestones
- In cooperation with the legal lead: involve required stakeholders, ensure information flow to and from stakeholders, arrange for meetings and calls, drive legal project work generally and ensure milestones are met
- Track open tasks and push for their completion
- Risks, issues, dependency on the program and program portfolio levels
- Planning and tracking of deliverables
- Budget preparation and tracking
- Create/support comprehensive presentations and reports for internal and external recipients
