Your Skills
- A good Undergraduate and/or Postgraduate degree would be very advantageous
- Fluent in French and English is a MUST, any others languages will be very appreciated
- Experience of one year in Recruitment/Sales business in is a bonus
Your Tasks
- Sourcing and recruiting of highly qualified IT freelancers
- Understanding of our account managers' needs in order to be able to deliver excellent customer service
- Supporting new business development and building up of close relationships with candidates
- Progression path includes possibility of becoming either a Senior Recruiter or moving into Account Management position in our Sales department
