Customer's Experience Consultant/Business Analysis/B2C/Customer Relationships
For a client in Geneva, we are looking for a consultant to manage customer's experience relationships, with a proven track record in doing so, to join on a mid to short term project.
The selected consultant will have the below responsibilities and previous experience:
(Business) Analysis, definition customers' experience relationships, to be developed for the organisation
Solid experience in creating/defining/managing customers' experience relationships
B2C and customer relationships
The person will work both on-site and off-site as required and agreed
