Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a project in Zurich, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project
- Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Consult and coach project teams
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
- Support organizational design
- Manage stakeholders
- Support change management at the organizational level
- Manage the change portfolio
Required skills/experience:
- Solid overall experience
- Experience/lnowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Team player
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
- Experienced with large-scale organizational change efforts
Nice to have:
- German language
- Change management certification

Contract
The contract duration is for 12 months initially with likelihood of extension.
