Service description
- Take over the management of rationalization projects and bring new products to production and production maturity in the production process
- Plan and control all project-specific issues
- Responsible for compliance with the technical, financial and deadline requirements
- Management of the project staff, the coordination with the interfaces as well as the organization within the project team
- Development of proposals for the improvement of work processes
- Optimization of organizational and logistical procedures
Requisites
- Degree in mechanical engineering/innovation or system engineering
- Several years of experience in the management of projects
- Proven experience in the areas of production planning, serial production, automation and industrial plastic processing
- Team player and good communication
- Fluent in German AND English
- Very good MS Office system skills
- User knowledge in SAP
