Sales Manager
The Sales Management Specialist, it is a key position to supporting the business development and helping the management team to steer the business operation.
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends
- Implement the regulation from company and provide the guidance to sales team
- Suggest sales process improvements
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales administrative/management, and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
Additional preferred qualifications are:
- Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
