For a 6 month project at our client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedProject Coordinator / PMO - HR Process (4216)
The ideal candidate is German speaking and will be acting as the key central coordinator and contact, ensuring there is a consistent and joined up approach for common agenda items, that is compliant with Group guidelines.
Your Qualifications:
• An experienced PMO / project coordinator who can combine analytical skills with strong project and relationship management
• HR/Compensation Process knowledge or experience
• Able to grasp complex processes and able to manage multiple tasks
• Excel & Power-point – macros’ & databases, thorough experience
• Disciplinary process experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
• Fluency in English, German would be a big advantage
Responsibilities:
• Acting as a global intermediary between the local Recommendation Teams and Liaison Officers, facilitating appropriate and effective information flows through;
• Regular communications, meetings and updates
• Central coordination of questions and responses on common topics, ensuring learnings are shared across the stakeholders
• Create and maintain stakeholder distribution lists and coordinate communications distribution
• Ensuring agendas are based on a global, consistent framework, highlighting common areas of focus and duplication
• Responsible for consolidated reporting to Group and implementing a reporting framework providing report templates, analyzing data trends and identifying data sources
• Coordinating, planning and driving forward any initiatives
• Provide support and guidance to overall project team as required
