JIRA/Agile Consultant wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Expertise in scrum and agile processes and delivery
- Solid knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to encourage use of tools and coach on the go as well as to navigate ambiguity
- Capability to quickly grasp the context of the different projects, ie requirement gathering, fit gap, and suggest tailored solutions
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be an advantage
Your tasks:
- Educating users about best practices along with critically assessing acceptance criteria and ensuring that requirements have been met
- Serving as the programme specialist when it comes to enabling Agile through JIRA and Confluence
- Giving the recommendation how to transition, developing solution options around ATLAS currently having several JIRAs in place
- Managing the appropriate concerning user suggested requirements (carrying forward or pushing back)
- Being the contact person for urgent JIRA issues along with assisting in moderating sprint plans and retrospective sessions
- Proposing a customized setup, processes and roles as well as supervising the Pilots and finding solutions to specific challenges
