PMO wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector
Your experience/skills:
- At least 4 years' experience working as a PMO, preferably in the banking area
- Expertise in management of project tracking lists (open items), project planning, timesheet tracking, budget/cost controlling and management of allocation keys
- Profound knowledge in the preparation of governance documentation, like Steering Committee STC packs
- Extrovert, flexible and communicative personality with the ability to work independently, self-conscientiously and accurately
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken.
Your tasks:
- Assisting the Team Lead with various PMO tasks as well as providing legal, policy and regulatory advice to the company
- Managing GC-specific requests triggered by Group-wide initiatives, like scheduling calls, tracking open items, completing templates/forms and bringing together relevant GC stakeholders
- Advising and supporting the company in the context of potential or actual legal matters and investigation
- Running strategic legal risk management for the company along with managing the company's relationship with policymakers and other political stakeholders
