For a five month project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedPMO - Banking (4195)
Your Qualifications:
-4+ years of work experience in the Project Management Office
-Experience in management of project tracking lists, project planning, timesheet tracking, budget/cost controlling, management of allocation keys, preparation of governance documentation
-Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Power Point and Excel)
-An open, flexible and communicative personality
-Ability to work independently, self-conscientiously and accurately
-Fluent in English, good commond in German (oral/written)
Your Responsibilities:
-Support the Teamlead with various PMO tasks
-Manage specific requests triggered by Group-wide initiatives (e.g. bring together relevant stakeholders, schedule calls, track open items, complete templates/forms)
