For one of our clients in the insurance industry we are currently looking for a junior PMO who would join and support a challenging new IT focused project on Cyber Security.
Your responsibilities:
Supporting different project streams as part of a larger program
Organizing and coordinating meetings
Tracking and updating documentation
Responsibility for reports and SharePoint updates
Responsibility for internal and external communication with management and stakeholders
Responsibility for the financial reporting
Your profile:
Junior PMO experience required- around 1-2 years
Experience in large scale organizations and projects on international level
Excellent skills when it comes to performing administrative tasks - updating, uploading, organizing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Previous insurance/reinsurance experience highly beneficial
English fluent written and spoken, German beneficial
