One of my Major client in Europe is urgently looking for a fluent French speaking Requirement Engineer for a long term contract in Switzerland, Geneva.
The Requirement Engineer Technical competences and skills

Qualifications and technical competences required
Education
- University or Tech school degree in business administration or computer science
Experience
- More than 5 years in Requirements Analysis
- 5 Years in Design Skills
- Project Management
- 5 years Manufacturing Methods and Procedures
- 5 to 7 years Process Improvement,
- Technical Understanding,
- More than 5 years Documentation Skills,
- Safety Management,
- Experience in Tools
- Polarium Tool
- JIRA Tool
- Project Office
Purpose of the job
- Establish the basis for agreement between all stakeholder on process definition, purpose and workflow
- Help stakeholder to accurately describe what they wish to obtain
- Provide a basis for realistic estimation of cost and schedules
- Provide a basis for validation and verification
- Smooth transfer of the new process and tool
- Help project team to develop process templates (format and content), quality checklists and handbook

Major Challenges
- Gathering the need information to write the requirement
- Working with different stakeholder from different departments
- Communicate and transfer the information in right form and in right time
- Structure and group the receiving information
Main responsibilities
- Analyze and Scoping stakeholder requirement, needs and issues Clearly and accurately describes each of the essential requirement such as design constraints, performance and quality attributes
- Gathering fact from the interviews, observation, questionnaires, text, document analysis and workshops
- Analysis top-down approaches, concentrating on goal decomposition such as what is the purpose and objects
- Modelling data flow diagrams and entity relationship diagrams End products/project outcome/Targets and Measures
