Data Management and Quality Work-Stream (DM&Q) - Lead Role (m/f)
Experis IT is looking for a Data Management and Quality Work Stream Lead for one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel.
This contracting position is planned to start from February, 13th for 1 year.
Background:
The role is for a candidate to lead as the Deputy for the Business Process Owner for the Master and Operational Data Standards and Governance. On the one hand, you should have technical skills and would have the role like a Business Analyst. On the other hand, you should have strong leadership skills and act as a great leader.
Your qualifications:
- Expert in Data Governance (+10 years of experience)
- Data Standards (+4 years of experience), Modeling, and developing the capabilities needed to implement & execute these.
- Strong leadership (+7 years of experience) and change management capabilities able to work across entire STRIVE program and influence and/or provide oversight to all work-streams and STRIVE Steering Committee.
- Strong ability to work through organizational complexity and propose a working plan that will be scalable as priorities and scope continue to be in flux.
- Strong analytical skills (not only understanding Data Standards, but also knowing how to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Open to travel to SSF for business purposes
- Experience in the pharmaceutical environment
- ER/studio
- Soft skills: strong leadership; professional interaction with people; communicative and open-minded but also diplomatic.
