Your Qualifications:• 5+ years experience in Project Management and IT implementations from a Business/Change perspective
• Background in the lending business/derivatives trading of a financial services company
• Previous experience in Change Management working on regulatory driven projects
• Good knowledge of IMM
• Knowledge about CRM organization, processes and IT landscape for the banking book business
• Effective Stakeholder Management, experience in facing Senior Business Stakeholders
• Strong relationship building and consultation skills as well as ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with Peers, Management, Project Team, key Stakeholders and Clients
• Experienced user of MS Office toolset, especially Power Point
• Ability to engage with quantitative experts and flair for risk methodologies and models
• Excellent spoken and written English
Your Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the end-to-end delivery from a Business perspective and in partnership with IT
• Leading project, Stakeholder Management, adherence to scope, budget and schedule
• Manage interfaces to the various Stakeholders (Credit Officer, Credit Analytics, Front Organization, Trading, Audit and other) with exposure to Senior Management
• Independent supervision of the IMM Phase 2 project throughout all impacted areas
• Development and execution of user training and Stakeholder communications
• Lead the strategic IT discussion
