Service Support & Financial Analyst
Goals:
As part of the team you are accountable for the following activities:
*Service Offering & Service Portfolio
*Service Design
*Stakeholder & Business Relationship Management
*Customer Satisfaction

*Order Management & Quality Assurance
*Contract Management & Governance
*RFP Management
*Service management
The Service support & financial Analyst provide support to the Service Office team. His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to the key accountabilities listed below:
*Support in budget management
*Financial and commercial support for contract renewals potential service transitions, potential business cases, actual RFPs, projects, etc
*Penalty payments and dispute regulations
*Financial IT service management
*Reporting
*Coordinate activities with various departments within: IT Procurement, IT planning & Controlling, IT Controlling Operations IT Sourcing, Accounts Payable, etc.
*Build and maintain relationship with the key third party suppliers, ensuring billing accuracy.
*Identify process gaps and implement process improvements when necessary, automate & optimize
Position requirements:
*Experience in one of these areas: finance/procurement/order management/vendor management/controlling
*Understanding of IT
*Microsoft Excel reporting and formula functions
*Reporting skills and smart analytics
Other important information:
*Experience with Provider contracts, statements of works and SLAs
*Experience in customer/client facing roles
*Assessing and prioritizing multiple tasks and demands
*Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
*Detail and multi-task oriented.
*Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
