For a 6 month project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Assistant Relationship Manager - Client facing (4153)
Your Qualifications:
- Experience as client facing employee (Relationship Manager / Assistant) within banking
- Very good communication skills also in challenging situations with clients / internal interfaces
- Independent and well-structured way of working, motivated and flexible
- Team player, willingness to support team members
- Experience in a large Swiss bank would be of advantage (CS, UBS, BJB et al)
- Fluent in German and English
- Additional language skills would be a benefit (e.g. French, Spanish, Portuguese)
Your Responsibilities:
- Termination of relationships if formalities are not in order
- Dispatch of termination letter and reminder letter to clients
- Blocking of relationships for transactions
- Execution of relationship closure (payments, transfer / sale of securities and precious metals, closing of accounts, initiation of safe openings, delivery of valuables, issuing of checks) and archiving of final documentation
