For a 9 months project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedAnalyst - Structured Products and Financial Modeling (4129)
The ideal candidate will bring strong product, financial modelling, and valuation technique knowledge and is able have to support/lead deployment projects to India with training sessions only over Skype.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in Banking in similar environment
- Strong product, financial modelling and valuation technique knowledge
- Profound skills in Excel
- Knowledge in SQL or VBA
- Knowledge in FRM or CFA
- Degree/ studies in Financial Mathematics or similar
- Fluent in English, German skills would be a bonus
Your Responsibilities:
- Participation in the monthly independent price verification [IPV] process, i.e. price testing of the trading positions
- Calculate/report valuation adjustments (OPA, DVA, IPV, USGAAP)
- Performance of structured trade reviews (valuation and representation in systems) and deployment to India
- Provide Fair Value Measurement details to Financial Accounting for disclosure
- Supporting valuation aspects of key complex tools and strategic systems development and implementation
- Close collaboration with Trading and Risk Management
