For a 12 months project at our client, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking User and Production Supporter (4107)
Your Qualifications:
- 5 Years + Support experience
- Work well under pressure (incident management with high management attention)
- Very good analytical skills. Often we are rather orchestrating the resolution than fixing it ourselves du to the many interfaces and services used in the Online Banking solutions
- Very good communication skills for different levels of technical understanding (app dev teams, business, management)
- ITIL and Java technology experience
- Fluent in English and German
Your Responsibilities:
- 2nd-Level-Support and incident management for the new application “Digital Corporate Portal” which is part of the Online Banking solution
- Resolving, and tracking of incident tickets, log-analysis and Triage (for 3rd level and interfaces)
- Collaboration with interfaces, business, Service Desk and 3rd level support
- Preventive investigations und notification re. potential upcoming production issues
- Support of service level-management during problem management
Overview of business area or project:
- Digital Corporate Portal is a part of the Digitalization program and intended to replace the existing Online Banking for small and midrange business users
- New technologies, new features, and a new design efficiently support the needs and workflows of the target audience
- The support will be integrated into the existing Online Banking support which is has a deep know-how of and good network into the wide range of - used interfaces and services
