Edelway is a Swiss leading pharmaceutica/IT services company.
On behalf of our global client based in Zug are we are actively looking for a Finance/Controlling Analyst to join their team on a long term basis.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 year +
The Role:
Support the preparation OPEX forecasts and budgets, by providing the appropriate level of data and analysis
Control and consolidate budget, latest estimate and variance analysis
Analyzing deviations from budget/forecast, informing management and providing recommendations to handle them efficiently and effectively
Manage month end close process in association with accounting team
Prepare reports and analysis to US parent company
Preparation of OPEX periodic and ad-hoc reports
Input forecasting figures in the planning system
Coordinate with countries and parent company
Your Profile:
Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance/Accounting
Studies specialized in finance (financial analysis, controlling, accounting, consolidating) is preferred
Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferable, but not required
Experience of at least 5 years work in similar position/s in an international environment
Working experience in OPEX forecasts and budgets is necessary
Experience in accounting, consolidation, budgeting and planning
Fluency in English, both in written and oral communication
Excellent user of SAP- and MS Office Programs (especially Excel)
Experience with Oracle Hyperion & Business Objects is a plus
