For a 6 months project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedHuman Resources Analyst - Human Capital Strategy (4016)
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills, analytical and conceptual skills with high detail and result orientation
- Experience in analyzing human capital data and identifying business improvement opportunities, preferably in the context of a large matrix organization
- Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure combined with the ability to prioritize and to work independently in a small team
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and effectively interface with senior management
- Sound problem solving and communication skills
- High integrity and responsibility combined with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to adhere to strict internal guidelines
- Good knowledge of HR processes preferred
- Very good proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as other HR technologies
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
