For a project at our insurance client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedScrum Master, Coach - Senior PM Insurance (3983)
Our client is about to start a proof of concept phase for the implementation of new regulatory requirements into the reporting process / target operation model. For this project we are looking for a Scrum Coach starting in September until the end of the year, with continuation option.
Your Qualifications:
-5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Coach, preferably within the Insurance area
-Scrum Master Certificate is a must
-Project experience as Scrum Master and Scrum Coach for international teams
-Solid experience in financial reporting processes
-Strong collaboration skills to cooperate with multiple stakeholders in an multicultural environment (incl. offshore partners)
-Strong communication skills and ability to coach and motivate teams on different levels
-Strong analytical and conceptual skills with proven track record
-Deep knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-Highly motivated and results-oriented personality
-Fluent in English, German is a benefit (oral/written)
In this role, you will be in charge of preparing a Proof of Concept for the implementation of new regulatory requirements within the Financial Reporting area / TOM:
-Implementation of Scrum processes and responsible for guiding, coaching and assisting a Scrum Team with proper understanding and use of Scrum
-Lead of one or more scrum teams within the program of Financial Reporting as Scrum Master
-Supporting in administrative tasks like organizing meetings, preparing protocols
-Collaboration with different Stakeholders (e.g. Business Product Owner, IT-PLs, Scrum Masters, Program Head)
