Tasks
• Perform the deployments for Non-Prod and Production environments for the Advisory IT suite of applications, including weekend activity.
• Plan and perform production releases and manage infrastructure changes impacting Advisory IT.
• Perform the impact analysis and prepare the deployment plans based on close working with development counterparts.
• Handle configuration changes, script executions, etc..
• Actively participate in Incident or Problem Management calls/tasks if there are any issues related to deployment.
• Interact and coordinate with upstream and/or downstream for any change requests/issues.
Requirements
• Good understanding of Build and Deployment process.
• Good understanding of Change and Release Management.
• Worked in Application Release and Deployment and for 3+ years with a good exposure to ITIL aligned processes.
• ITIL/ ITSM certification.
Soft Skills
• Excellent ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Self-motivated / proactive with the ability to work without close supervision.
• Able to work effectively across globally located teams.
