Credit Risk Subject Matter Expert
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking Credit Risk Subject Matter Expert. The successful candidate will join a global stress testing team which is responsible for developing scenario methodology centrally across the group and different legal entities. For this contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate and manage stress testing model
- Development of stress testing methodology
- Build out of challenge function, as committed to FINMA
- Presenting methodology developments along with impact analysis to senior management
- The job entails working on stress testing methodology focused on credit risk. The results of stress testing would also feed into internal risk appetite/limit setting process and hence successful candidate would be expected to further integrate stress testing results with business decision making process
- Developing and improving existing credit risk stress testing methodology for lending and counterparty exposures
You must possess:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Solid understanding of credit stress testing methodology, especially for lending books and counterparty credit risk
- Know-how of Credit Portfolio Management
