My client seeks an experienced SAP MDM Consultant for a change management project.
The consultant will be responsible for:
Definition of change management concepts, tools and identification of stakeholders
Planning, initiation and tracking of change management activities
Preparation of communication material and regular communication into the MDM community
Development, preparation and implementation of MDM-related trainings
Set up and enforcement of knowledge sharing platforms as well as other activities to facilitate knowledge sharing
Provides input for the development of MDM mid-term roadmap as well as the definition of MDM organizational model, roles and communities
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication skills
Relevant working experience in OCM
Knowledge about state of the art change management methods
Experience with large-scale business transformation and organizational changes
Experience in conducting trainings
Basic understanding of SAP MDM
