For a longterm project at our client, an international bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedGerman speaking Project Lead - Project and Data Management (3867)
This position is integrated into a dynamic and motivated team of internals and external consultants with the opportunity to work independently and have its own area of responsibility
Your Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent (in economics and finance)
- 5 years plus of relevant work experience in project management
- Experience of working in or exposure to audit, compliance or highly regulated and sensitive areas
- Proficient ability to manage stakeholders with different seniorities and from different areas
- Strong ability to cope with pressure, motivation and high degree of flexibility
- Strong sense of ownership, works independently, is proactive
- High client- and service-orientation as well as attention to detail
- Proficiency in English and German
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible all communication and stakeholder management aspects for the Data Collection Team
- Act as a disciplinary cross function between three collection streams
- Capturing and tracking requests and facilitate the information flow to assess new requests and resolve issues
- Ensure operational reporting of team activities and request processing
- Ensure and challenge the delivery of work packages with the data analysts (approach, timing, result)
