Project environment
A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Project Supporter (f/m).
Tasks
• Support the production/writing of materials (communication material, training material, management support).
• Defining the procedural and technical business requirements of the above-mentioned materials.
• Coordinating the testing and creation of user manuals.
• Consolidating information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making.
• Supporting preparation of project planning, controlling, managing resources, budgeting, cost tracking as well as reporting.
Requirements
• First work experience. Recent Graduates are also welcome.
• All-rounder with motivated, hands-on personality.
• Ability to communicate effectively. Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Microsoft Office know-how (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good team player.
• Able to think and work independently.
• Project experience is a plus.
