Project environment
A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior IT Project Leader to take over the lead of a new project in the area of Pricing and Discount Measures. The project is currently in the pre- inception phase. The Project Leader would work closer to the Business Side (Wealth Management) as the business case has to be defined and the impacts have to be analyzed.
Tasks
• Managing all aspects of the project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues.
• Business case definition.
• Responsible for E2E Delivery (full scope, in time, within budget).
• Ensuring compliance with SDLC principles and standards.
• Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation.
• Compliance with standards and regulations.
• Reporting on launch, monitoring of project deliverables.
• Change Management Process.
• eXtract – status reporting and financial updates.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience as a Project or Program Leader.
• Proven track record in projects within Banking, Wealth Management or Advirosy experience would be preferred.
• Experience and a deep understanding in the area of Pricing and Discount Management is essential.
• Result & content orientation, pragmatism and good social skills are crucial.
• PMI PMP certification.
• Sound financial services knowledge with deep understanding of business end-to-end processes.
• Dedication, agility, drive and commitment.
• Excellent communication skills in both: German and English.
