For our life science client in Basel, we are seeking an HR PartnerStart Date: 1st June 2016
End Date: 1st June 2017
Location: Basel
Language: English, German is a plus
Implement HR strategy for our client group areas, collaborating with client group managers and associates to define strategic and operational objectives related to HR. You will also work closely with other HR Partners in your area.
Your Role:
Business Partner - building strong relationships with senior line management, to be a partner and coach
Employee relations - advise and counsel to manages and supervisors, in relation to personnel practises, policy and employment laws
Performance management - ensuring client group has PM system which is aligned to business strategies with a focus on development
Talent Development - coaching line management, supporting internal promotion, development of internal talent, coaching line management
Organisational Development - assisting and coaching change management
Reward - coordinating local salary review processes to ensure internal equity and alignment with our client’s reward policy
Recruiting: partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure to meet targets
Project responsibilities: participating in department initiatives to improve HR process and alignment
Your Experience:
Degree in HR, Social Sciences or Business Strongly preferred
Fluency in English, German is a plus
HR generalist experience for your own client groups with direct responsibility for full range of operational HR activities
Strong employee relations experience - management of employees and management in sensitive situations
Partnering with colleagues for collaborative outcomes
Strong inter-personal skills, team player
Hands-on approach and self-starter, resilient and enthusiastic
IT skills
