SAP PP-PI/QM Consultant
Contract:
6 months duration renewable starting
Localisation:
Basel, Switzerland
Client:
Competitive tier 1 consultancy, currently working with the biggest and brightest projects with the newest technologies in the SAP market.
Candidate:
* 8-12 years IT project support experience; familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies
* Analyse the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
* Minimum experience with integration of SAP PP/QM with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and "Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
* Minimum experience needed in supporting SAP PP with the emphasis on Master Planning, Capacity Planning, Shop floor control and MRP.
* Minimum experience needed in supporting SAP QM with Quality planning, Inspection, control and good knowledge in Batch management.
* Minimum experience needed in supporting SAP MM with Purchasing, Inventory and Valuations.
* Exposure to emerging technology and SAP new dimensional products like APO is preferred.
* Excellent understanding of integration with Finance and Product Costing
* Good coordination between other functional teams and business teams and excellent analytical skills would be added advantage.
* Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and also in the offshore/on site model
* Carry out complex or novel enhancements requiring the development of new or improved procedures.
* Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership
* Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices. Package:
Daily rate to negotiate depending on the profile plus expenses.
