Junior Compliance Officer

A leading financial client based in Zurich is searching for a junior compliance officer to be part of a new team.
The suitable compliance analyst with be involved in a specialised PEP project, working in a highly sensitive business area, while getting a broader experience working with tax and AML.
You will be a good fit for this position if you have an education in business, law or economics (or similar), and an understanding of Swiss AML laws.
This is an initial 6-month contract.
Key Skills for the Junior Compliance Officer

• Previous Compliance/Audit/Risk Control experience ideal
• A strong interest in compliance, and international political developments
• Basic knowledge of AML, KYC and Swiss tax laws
• PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) experience is highly desirable
• Fluent English and German is mandatory
