Project & portfolio manager with Business Analyst skills - Planisware or similar tools mandatory
Functional Responsibilities
- Provide requirements analysis and business process analysis & modelling
- Provide business impact analysis, business risk management
- Provide expertise in effective communication with Business stakeholders at all levels
- Cooperate with Solution Architects in identifying fit for purpose solutions that enable Syngenta to achieve its goals
- constructing business cases
- Liaise with Business stakeholders to agree user acceptance criteria
Domain Space Experience & qualifications
- Project & portfolio management space ideally in the Life Sciences industry
- Ideally familiar with Planisware technologies or similar tools in the portfolio management space
- Ideally some formal qualifications as a Business Analyst
- Mid- senior level role so ideally 5 years Analyst experience and a good background in working in IT projects/programs
Personal Qualities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with senior stakeholders
- Influencing and negotiation to work alongside strong characters
- Proactive, driven, self-managing and resourceful to deliver results in what may be a sometimes challenging environment
