On behalf of our client, a renowned Pharmaceutical company in Basel, Swisslinx are looking for a highly dedicated and competent Senior Project Manager (SAP).
This is a contract placement in the area Basel.
We are looking for someone to start in March and this would be a contract until the end of the year.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Programme Managers to define and manage project scope, requirements, project schedules and budget, manage project risk, develop communication plans and provide guidance to project teams. The Project Manager will utilize project and document management software-based tools, templates and framework to maintain and update key project information for reporting and status. He/She will exercise strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and conflict management skills to establish positive team dynamics and motivate the team to deliver on its goals and objectives; on time and within budgets.
Qualifications:
University Degree (preferably Informatics, Science or equivalent) or MBA
Minimum of 6 years of project management experience preferably in a global and diverse environment
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Pharma industry (this is a MUST)
Strong Project Management skills
Demonstrated experience in managing complex issues on a global level. Ability to operate and work with people on a virtual basis (remote teams) as well as in a multi-cultural project environment
Strong experience in SAP Fi-CO, Product Costing is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
