For a 10 months project at our banking client in Zurich, due to a new legislation that aims to regulate derivatives trading and infrastructure of financial markets we are looking for two experienced Business Analysts in the field of Regulatory compliance to comply with and analyze the different requirements.Senior IT Business Analysts – Regulatory Compliance (3544)
Tasks
-‘ASIS’ analysis and deep dive into processes, data etc.
-Data analysis and presentation using Excel & Powerpoint
-Working with stakeholders in ensuring the needed level of research is completed both to the ASIS landscape and to accurately define the solution benefits and risks
-Employing structured analysis techniques such as Use Cases, and decision tables to ensure completeness, clarity and non-ambiguity of requirements
-Business Requirement Documentation
-Verifying requirements and their scope and priorities with stakeholders
-Managing requirements change and maintaining requirements traceability
-Proactive identification and resolution of requirements conflicts
-Working with technical teams to validate proposed solutions
-Process/ target operating model / procedure documentation
-Test preparation and execution
-PMO functions (setting up meetings / meeting minutes)
-Documenting meetings with senior stakeholders and assisting the Project Manager.
-Develop new processes / procedures as required to ensure compliance obligation is met
Requirements
-Strong analytical skills
-Strong communications skills at all levels
-Extremely strong organisational skills
-Strong OTC and ETD product knowledge essential.
-Know how about Collateral end-to-end processing desired
-Advantageous: Experience of MiFID/Dodd Frank/EMIR
-Strong knowledge of investment banking processes – front to back
-Has been involved in managing or analysis of change
-Experience of dealing with senior management
-Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you (e.g. from clients, from other departments, external suppliers)
-Solid knowledge of IT: managing IT-oriented projects, user’s requirements / testing. Must have interfaced with technology groups and IT implementations
