Accountant/Project Manager
On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for an Accountant with project management skills. The role holder will be responsible of the management and coordination of the annual group bonus audit for one of the big banks in Zurich.

Description:
- Responsible various deliverables in the field of Financial Accounting & Compensation
- Responsible for the planning, write ups, co-ordination and delivery of the offshore activities
- Management and ownership of month end closing activities
- Management and resolution of queries (audit, location, business controllers, senior management etc.)
- Responsible for complete, relevant and up to date documentation (procedures, processes etc.)
- Prepare monthly reporting and analysis package for senior management
- Constructively challenge processes and responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective process is in place that eliminates manual tasks and limits risk exposure
- Responsible for Ad-hoc and standard reporting
Skills:
- 3-5 years' experience in finance, controlling or a related function mandatory
- 1-2 years project management experience/Proven project management skills beneficial
- Proven track record of change management
- Strong analytical and conceptual review skills, detailed oriented, motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced changing environment with little supervision
- Good team player who actively contributes and has a high level of motivation to overcome obstacles and has a positive approach in the face of difficulty
- Strong MS Office experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Fluent in English (verbal and written), German is highly beneficial.
