For our banking client site in Renens/VD, we are looking for aFrench Speaking Inhouse Recruiter (3508)
In this position you will take care of the recruitment portfolio of front office positions for the French speaking part of Switzerland. It is a maternity cover, so the contract is expected to last for about six months.
Your qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in recruiting, specifically for finance positions / banking
- Experience working as a recruiter for banks would be a plus, experience from recruiting agencies is desired as well
- French needs to be fluent
- Fluent in English and/or German would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills with different clients
- You are flexible and have a quick starter mentality
- You have an independent work style
Your responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of about 25 positions within the bank
- Manage the recruiting process from A-Z
- Interviews with candidates, coordination, stakeholder management
- Some admin tasks
- Responsible for positions all over Switzerland but with focus on French speaking part
